2. Add to Cart & Checkout

After choosing your service:

  • Add your desired services to the cart
  • Complete checkout to lock in your spot for drop-off or mail-in

If you want to get multiple shoes cleaned, please increase the number inside the cart.

You will receive an instant confirmation email with next steps.

3. Drop-Off or Mail-In Instructions

4. The Lab Works on Your Sneaker

Once your sneakers arrive at The Lab:

  • We inspect your pair
  • Begin the cleaning/restoration service
  • Apply any add-ons you selected

Turnaround times vary by service but average 48–72 hours.

5. Pickup or Shipping Back to You

You will receive a text to schedule your pickup time at 133 N Maple Ave, East Orange, NJ.

✈️ Worldwide Shipping

We send your pair back to your address using your chosen shipping method and provide a tracking number.
