- Regular Cleaning
- Deep Steam Cleaning
- Restoration Add-Ons (Paint, Glue, Icebox, Re-Dye)
Each service has a detailed description to help you choose the right option.
2. Add to Cart & Checkout
After choosing your service:
- Add your desired services to the cart
- Complete checkout to lock in your spot for drop-off or mail-in
If you want to get multiple shoes cleaned, please increase the number inside the cart.
You will receive an instant confirmation email with next steps.
3. Drop-Off or Mail-In Instructions

4. The Lab Works on Your Sneaker
Once your sneakers arrive at The Lab:
- We inspect your pair
- Begin the cleaning/restoration service
- Apply any add-ons you selected
Turnaround times vary by service but average 48–72 hours.
5. Pickup or Shipping Back to You

You will receive a text to schedule your pickup time at 133 N Maple Ave, East Orange, NJ.
✈️ Worldwide Shipping
We send your pair back to your address using your chosen shipping method and provide a tracking number.

Step 6 — Wait for completion text: We’ll notify you once your sneakers are ready.
Step 7 — Pickup or wait for your shipment: Simple, fast, and secure.
